Title ABELIAN VARIETIES OF WEIL TYPE AND KUGA-SATAKE VARIERIES

Abstract. We analyze the relationship between abelian fourfolds of Weil type and Hodge structures of type K3, and we extend some of these correspondences to the case of arbitrary dimension.
