For participants affiliated with institutions other than Japanese universities

The Organizing committee (Tohoku University) will provide accommodation for participants affiliated with institutions other than Japanese universities. No reservation is required, and the full cost of the hotel stay will be covered by the Organizing Committee (Tohoku University). A meal allowance will also be provided.
