Lecture notes have been requested from each of the speaking participants. These notes will be available in combined form to all registered members at the conference. It is hoped that the notes will be helpful in cultivating mathematical interaction.
The organizing committee plans to publish the proceedings of the conference as a volume in Tohoku Mathematical Publications.
