On-campus housing is not available. Each participant is therefore requested to make his own hotel arrangements.
The organizing committee has authorized the Tohoku University Co-Operative Travel Division to handle hotel reservations and accommodations. For participants from abroad, the organizing committee will be happy to forward their requests to the agent. Japanese participants are requested to send a reservation form directly to the Tohoku University Co-Operative Travel Division by fax to 022-261-1015.
