＜概要＞The theory of n-categories and applications to algebraic geometry

Grothendieck set out a vision of the theory of n-categories with many applications to algebraic geometry, in his manuscript ``Pursuing stacks''. 　I will discuss some of the various approaches, how they can apply to algebraic geometry, and other current progress.
